The Confalone Family want to say thank you again for another tremendous season! We thoroughly enjoy being part of the Patriot Family, it has become "Tradition" for us--one which we look forward to every summer.
"I just wanted to take some time to thank you both for a wonderful experience this summer. Christian and I truly loved the entire Patriot experience.From a lacrosse standpoint, it was beyond our expectations. Coach Gilbreath is an excellent coach. He is a very knowledgeable coach that is easily approachable and always more than happy to talk to the parents about the team. He is patient and excels in his ability to communicate with the boys. I was also impressed with the amount of additional coaches that were always there working with the team... Campbell, Dougherty were always there to provide detailed coaching and instruction. The coaches were always a positive influence. Tough on the kids at times but good positive, influences on the kids. For me the true measure of the effectiveness of a coaching staff is what you hear around the dinner table at night...and in our house it was always alot of...."Coach Gilbreath said this...." or "Coach Dougherty said that..." and so on. I would always hear Christian talking about fine technique points or pieces of advice that he would get from his coaches...."

"There are five fundamental qualities that make every team great: communication, trust, collective responsibility, caring and pride. I think of each as a separate finger on the fist. Any one individually is important. But all of them together are unbeatable." -- Coach K
Coach Ruebling;
Please accept our sincere thanks and deepest gratitude for all you have done for Ryan over the past two years. It is difficult to explain in words without including the emotions of the parents how much this experience has meant to Ryan and our family. Beginning with your recognition of Ryan as a athlete capable of playing in the Patriots program to the high level of teaching and competitive experience gained from his coaches and teammates, and most importantly your words of support and encouragement both on and off the field, you have immeasureably and positively impacted the character and personal development of our son Ryan.
We believe that the experience and lessons learned by Ryan from your Patriot team and outreach program will always remain an important and special part of his life. Once again sincere thanks.
Sincerely,
John & Judi Varrone

Hello Coaches,

Coach Ruebling,
As my son Ryan is new to the Patriots this year, this was our first tournament. As a parent and youth coach, I very much appreciate the positive and constructive approach of John Naslonski. While I realize that some of the boys played together last year, John has done an excellent job of assimilating the new players and fielding a team of 12 year old boys who play like they have been together much longer than four practice sessions. Further, I am personally grateful for the way John has extended himself in helping Ryan to be comfortable as one of the "new" boys on the team.
Thanks Again,
Kevin Gardner,

Yet another success story for Coach Ruebling! My son, who did not know how to hold a lax stick 5 weeks ago scored his first goal in a game on Saturday. He told me before the game that he was going to use a move he learned in camp on Thursday. He looked like he had been playing for years. Words cannot express the level of confidence your program has given my 9 year old. Keep up the great work.
Gratefully,

thanks to you and Donna for all your hard work. Someone at the dinner was saying the "Patriot League" isn't a business it's a family! We all agreed thanks again.
